Hi all, I have created AI Associate examination on 29Nov,2024 at 11 am in kryterion.But my certificate has not been issued yet.Please help

Try opening your personal Webassessor account and checking the status of your exam to see if it is marked as "pass".If it is, check the "Spam" folder in your email, as well as the "Trash" folder; it’s possible you accidentally deleted the email with the certificate.
