I am trying to see what can be done with this so I went to the sandbox, made sure that the page I was using was updated to a dynamic form and still do not have the ruleset option. Is there something has needs to be done to enable this feature ?

In our sandboxes and production environments, the Conditional Field Formatting option Winter 25 is enabled. However, when creating a scratch org the option does not appear. Does anyone know about it ?
