I completed all the steps of "Configure Agentforce for Service" but I can not connect to Playground.

It is not accepting my password (was changed today) so I can not verify the Configure Agentforce for Service module.

    Hi, @Noelia Heredia

     

    When you change the password for your Agentforce PG, it takes a few minutes for the changes to be saved on the servers. Usually, this process takes no longer than 15 minutes.

    Also, please note that when you are on the Challenge page, the instructions at the top specify the Username for this Playground. Therefore, you must use the exact Username provided in the instructions.
