Hi all 

 

I'm adding "log a call" functionality on a claim standard object (FSC)  

The claim is auto populated to the task 

I want the account (person account) to be also auto populated 

 

how can I do that?  which field should I use? (The name field is only referring to contact or lead...)     I also want the call to be shown in both claim and account activity timeline

    How do I do the following:  

     

    • In the Quick Action, use the Related Record Field to reference the Account field on the Claim object.
    • If the Claim has a lookup field to Account, map it to the AccountId in the Task
