Building a Report

I have three Related Lists with Accounts.  They are as follows.  There can be more than one of any of the following for each Account.

- Primary Markets

- Primary Software Offering

- Primary Terminal Offering

I need to build a report that will list each Account, and the column headings would consist of each of the three Related Lists, and the data in these columns would be a Roll-up Field or Formula for each.

I have tried building this report, but it only allows me to pick two of three Related Lists.  

How can I also include the third Related List?
