Hi. I am a volunteer for a small nonprofit who set up our donor database using Salesforce/NSPS several years ago. I'm the administrator and main user, but I have limited developer skills. We would now like to set up a means to track constituent records of the kids who live in our children's home. We have a basic idea of how we'd like that to work. My question is how do we connect with and hire a developer to help us do this
