I'm been playing around with setting up appointment types that have different fees attached to them. When working through the registration, after adding the appointment type and going to the submit registration/event charges page, the event charges shows as $0.
Is there something I am missing on the appointment type setup? Below is how I configured an appointment type.

You aren't missing something. Our codebase is! We intend to put fees for appointments but haven't got any engagement on the issue so sort of pushed it down the queue. Here is the very verbose (I kid) issue on our github repo:

If you've got opinions of functionality, we are listening! We would most likely tie a fee/fee allocation to the appointment type, generate a fee per appointment, and then itemize appointment fees on the submit page before a jump to a payment gateway (or just the confirmation page).
