Does anyone know if there is a way to notify Users / email addresses outside of Salesforce when a form is submitted ? The below Idea is out there but wanted to see if anyone put a workaround in place ?
I can do this with creating a lead in the system and using a flow to trigger the email and then delete the lead if not needed but wanted to see if there was a better solution ?

well th identity licences came about for SSO to login into Pardot, for users that didnt need Salesforce.
maybe explain abit the workflow, why notifying users on prospects that dont need access to either or application?
