Details:

  • Objective: Trigger multiple bots simultaneously to process the work report in parallel.
  • Workflow: Divide the report into sections and assign each section to a separate bot for processing.

Benefits:

  1. Streamlined Workflow: Users can submit one file and receive one output file, simplifying the process.
  2. Faster Processing: Parallel processing reduces the overall processing time, improving efficiency.
  3. Scalability: The approach is scalable and can accommodate increasing workload demands by adding more bot sessions.
  • Implementation Steps:
  1. Configure bots to handle specific sections concurrently.
  2. Implement synchronization mechanisms to ensure data consistency and integrity between multiple sessions.

Feedback Requested:

  • Any insights or suggestions on implementing parallel processing for the work report?
  • Recommendations for optimizing the workflow and ensuring seamless integration with existing processes?
  • Potential challenges or considerations to address during implementation?

Thanks

One way to implement this is to use Anypoint for the process orchestration where we use Anypoint to process the work report and trigger bots in parallel. This way anypoint fires the request and multiple instances of rpa bot gets queued on RPA Manager and executed based on the parallel set up mentioned in the invocable rpa configuration.
