Front Porch Cohousing is at a pivotal juncture, preparing to transition its operational backbone from GiveButter to Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC). This move represents a significant step forward in our ability to manage and expand our nonprofit's initiatives, particularly the Warwick Oaks project.
We are starting from the ground up, with limited in-house experience in Salesforce application and technical infrastructure. Our goal is ambitious yet critical: to establish a comprehensive, fully functional nonprofit system that encompasses marketing, fundraising, constituent management, grant management, and internal operations.
Types of Work and Volunteer Expertise Needed:
System Setup and Customization: Volunteers with experience in setting up Salesforce NPC, customizing it to meet specific nonprofit needs, and ensuring a smooth transition from existing systems.
Knowledge in configuring Salesforce to handle various operational aspects, including but not limited to, donor databases, fundraising campaigns, and grant tracking.
Data Migration and Integration:
Experts in data migration who can securely transfer data from GiveButter to Salesforce NPC, ensuring integrity and usability.
Experience in integrating Salesforce with other tools and platforms used by Front Porch Cohousing for a seamless workflow.
Training and Documentation: Individuals skilled in creating user-friendly guides and training materials for staff and volunteers new to Salesforce.
Capacity to provide hands-on training sessions to ensure our team can fully leverage Salesforce NPC functionalities.
Ongoing Support and Optimization: Volunteers willing to offer ongoing support to address unforeseen challenges, optimize system use, and adapt functionalities as our nonprofit grows and evolves.
