We are an educational institution and want to start sending email to students with reminders to register, pay, etc. but many of our students have Email Opt-Out=TRUE.
Is there a way to bypass this? These are not commercial email messages but transactional emails to our students with information needed to remain registered in the school. #Higher Education #Send Email
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to send transaction emails (aka disregard the email opt out) for Campaigns. We have this issue as well with how we use campaigns (I'm in higher ed too!). I wonder if a flow would work? Schedule it to run based on a deadline with reminders and query the records you want to email within it - not sure if a flow would also filter out the Opt Out contacts, but it might be worth a shot.
