I have a working custom action. This is a Flow action (although I could just as easily write it in Apex if that's required). The action creates a new record. There are two things I would like to do (to better match our demos from Dreamforce last year and to better match our UX expectations):
1) I'd like to preview the record in the conversation before creating it. So I'd like to show a rich formatted response with a button that somehow calls back to our code to actually create the record.
2) I'd like to have a rich response that includes a hyperlink to the created record.
I cannot see any documentation on this (perhaps I have missed it). When I try and return rich text from my Flow it is just treated as text. Which makes sense as the autodetected output variable is text not rich text and I cannot change this. Any ideas?
Probably "Create new record" and "Update record" will be next standard actions in Copilot, I do not see better candidates for the next release
