We have many email alerts for when someone signs a deal with us.
However, we want to add a certain specific criteria.
When a certain picklist value is picked on the deal, show that on the email alert. If any other value is picked, dont add that line to the alert

I'm goign to cry!!!
The only other thing I can think of then is to create a text field and populate it via record-triggered flow, then use this text field in your template. That's quite a workaround I'm afraid
