Hi, I was wondering if anybody has any guidelines or documentation on how to massively change the values of picklist values instead of doing it one by one.
I have a request to add about 300+ new picklist values into a custom field, inside a custom object. The problem is that the API Names of the new picklists to be added is different than their values.
Has anybody accomplished this in a simple way, without using Apex? (If possible).

It absolutely does. Generally you can’t deploy to a managed namespace. I think using the metadata api (not the same as metadata files) you might be able to do this. But the metadata api is a pain to work with: https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.api_meta.meta/api_meta/meta_intro.htm
