I am attempting to import a list of primary contacts from salesforce to MCAE. It shows 94 updated, and 1 created, for example. However - only the 1 prospect that was "created" was added to my segmentation list. I am at a loss as to how the other 94 were "updated" and the import was successful with zero errors, but they were not added to my list. Yes I selected import and add to list and selected the correct static list. I am unable to accomplish this with a dynamic list because I am working off of the target account primary contact custom report that admins built for me. "Primary Contact" is not an option when building a dynamic list, for example. Thanks for any help.
@Steve Peck Thank you so much. All good questions and suggestions. Let me try your troubleshooting suggestions and then if I need to take you up on that, I will let you know. Sincerely appreciate the response and the offer to help! If my org wants me to keep running this, I am going to need a consultant or formal training for certification. Just not sure if I should be taking that on, or hire someone who is certified to run pardot.
UPDATE: Found in the recycle bin. Deleted by Marketing Data Sharing. What does this mean? I guess I need to go back and do the import again and include the recycle bin, which I did not do the first time. But I still need to learn how this happens. Could this be the result of some unknown (to me) MDS settings?
