Hello fellow Admins! Recently, I came across this presentation from a previous Dreamforce: "Deliver New Features To A Global Team As A Solo Admin." It was very insightful and sparked some great ideas - I especially liked the idea of collecting user feedback directly within Salesforce, so I created a screen flow and global action to do that (instead of google forms). Are there any videos, resources, or hacks that you've found beneficial or inspirational as a solo admin?
@Luke Siecinski, thanks for sharing your experience! I started a chatter group about a year ago and it's made a big difference in terms of communication and updates. Glad to hear it's going well for you too! For the major releases you have, are those planned projects that you've mapped out for the year? Or releases you have timed with the SF seasonal releases? Just curious to hear how you map out monthly and major releases - we're been more on a "deploy when it's done" mode for a while now, so open to other ideas.
