Timeout error

Friends,

I got this error on my mobile app: "Timeout message /services/data/v60.0/ui-api/records/0Z5recordID could not be reached." I got this error only once, and I am unable to replicate it. What could be the issue? How do i replicate it and avoid it? This is the first time I have seen this issue.
