Download salesforce report as CSV via URL

Hello, I want to be able to click one url and have it automatically download that Salesforce report in CSV format. I have seen many posts that talk about adding things like:

?isdtp=p1&csv=1

or

?export=1&enc=UTF-8&xf=csv

to the 18 character Salesforce report ID, but none of them work as they all say:

Looks like there's a problem.

This record is no longer available. Ask your administrator for help.

I have seen many posts that talk about how this used to work in Classic but doesn't work in Lightning. 

Is there any solution that does work in Lightning that you have used successfully?
