I can't find "User Management Settings"

Question

I'm stuck in Control Access to Fields unit. In this unit, there's a note: But, when a tried to follow this instructions, i can't find that option Can someone help with this issue?

Currently you are in Service Setup, so go with  Setup  while clicking the Gear icon instead of the Service setup and search the  User Management Settings

Hi @Alan Santos Beanes   Please check the below steps:   Navigate to Setup by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner and selecting  "Setup." In the Quick Find box on the left-hand side, enter " User Management Settings " and select it from the dropdown. In the User Management Settings page, you'll find the option for " Enhanced Profile User Interface ." Enable this option.
