Hello fellow Salesforce admins and students. I have very recently started embarking on my journey of learning and studying for my Salesforce admin certification. I was just wondering however, if anyone knows any ways of gaining work experience in order to get myself working (preferably remote working as choices are very limited in my area). Im very ambitious and I’m willing to perhaps do free shadowing and training under someone after I get my certification or if a company will accept me, to do minimum wage work (only because I would have to quit college) whilst giving them a more financially friendly alternative!

Thank you very much for your time, and I hope you can get back to me with some words of advice!

The best thing you can do right now is to continue learning on Trailhead until you can pass the Salesforce Certified Administrator exam. After you get the Admin certification, I suggest looking for intern, volunteer, and Junior Salesforce Admin jobs on LinkedIn. Also, another option is to make sure you are using the new Trailblazer Career Marketplace.
