Under contact it shows: contact name - contacts phone - and a trigger was created by former employee to create a timezone for the contact based on the contacts zip code.
I now need it so when I create a new task - under the related to field I choose Contact and once i choose the contact it will pull over the contacts name and phone number. I also want it to pull over the contacts timezone informaiton that is listed under the contact.
Hope that makes sense.
I want the pre-existing timezone information that is listed under the contact to carry over with the contact that I select
