Hi friendsI have 2 users , userA & userB.UserA is in a higher role than userB.My requirement is when userB creates records even if OWD=private , userA still gets to see the records and edit them because he is in a higher role.I want to prevent userA from getting access to userB records(he should not be able to view , edit , delete or even share the records) of other userswho are in a lower role.Profile is same for both the users i.e both users have FullAccess on their records.Initially I removed all permisisons for userA and gave him only Read Access permission in the permission set but this doesn't help.Please advise.Thankspooja
HiI know the process for custom objects but I am using standard object and I want to restrict the higher role user.sorry for not mentioning that earlier.ThanksPooja
