We are using Einstein chatbot for Knowledge article search. We tried Articles Answers in bot for the search process but it is not fetching the required knowledge articles always. What is the criteria for searching in article answers. We need some support. Your kind support will be appreciated.

    The criteria for searching in article answers in Einstein chatbot is a combination of machine learning and traditional search. Article Answers uses Lightning Knowledge base to create a powerful FAQ-based bot. In addition, Einstein Bot can be set up to search Salesforce Knowledge as a fallback when it doesn't know how to respond based on the NLP Intents you’ve explicitly trained it to recognize.

    The bot can house articles that match what users are asking for and collect more than one matching article. The search can be filtered based on user input
