I use the chatter feed in the service console for cases. There I use a global action with the action Type 'Log a Call'.

feed filter layout log a call not customizable?

Now when I log a call I can see in the feed, that there was a call. But I do not see with whom.

I have already attached in Task compact layout the field 'name', which is the whoId. This field wont appear for a new log call.

When I am using a action with the action type task -> I can accomplish that, but then the feed Filter for calls wont work.

How can I achieve logging a call which can be filtered in the feed and has the whoId on the layout?
