Receiving error "OAUTH_APP_ACCESS_DENIED"

We have the API whitelisting enabled in our sandbox org.

Even though we have applied the necessary permissions to the profile, the user associated with the profile is getting error "OAUTH_APP_ACCESS_DENIED&error_description=user+is+not+admin+approved+to+access+this+app"

 App policy is set to "Admin approved users are pre-authorized", and the user profile is added in the App. I have also tested with the " Use Any API" permission with the profile, but the error persists even with that permission.

Has anyone else faced similar issues with the API client whitelisting feature?

    Hi Khan,

    Thanks a lot for your response and the link. I do have the profile added to the app, all permissions looks fine. I also tested with the "Use any API" permission, which I understand would give access to any apps even with the API whitelisting enabled. But that's not working either.

    Truly lost as to what I am missing here!
