When recieving a notification to send an email, all is ok. So with the email sent I await a response from the customer for feedback. Once i recieve the email back with the survey response from Getfeedback, I click the tab to see the information recorded, all missing the vital information (customer name, account name).

Any help is appreciated.

    Hi Reece,

    This might seems to be some Permission issue with the email's coming back or the syncing issue. Which require debugging. 

    If you allow me to go through your org and replicate the same, I would help you better.
