Loyalty Management Permission Set

I'm trying to setup the Loyalty Management in a customer org, and when i add the loyalty objects to the app, add the related objects to the page layouts, add all objects to a new permission set called Loyalty Mananagement Admin, and when I assign the permission set and app to myself I still cannot see any object outside core sf objects. I have the licenses labeled Loyalty Management PSL from our org, the original Loyalty Management permission set, plus my new permission set with all CRUD access being granted. I feel like i am losing my mind having the system admin profile, having full crud access to the objects, access to the app, and yet I can not create a LM Program let alone even see the object in the UI. Is there something I am missing to grant me access to view these objects?
