I'm trying to create a group as part of the Business Administration Specialist Superbadge. When I go to create a group, I get this blank white screen of death. The navigation buttons are active and the validation seems to be working (i.e., I can't simply click save/next/etc).

I have tried three different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Safari) on both PC and Macs and the issue persists. Does anyone have any insight into what might be going on?
