Hi @Abhishek Sharma ,
If you've enabled the "Log Conversations" feature in Salesforce Einstein Chatbot but are not seeing the data stored in Bot Training, there could be several reasons for this issue.
Here are some troubleshooting steps and solutions:
- Bot Training Permissions:
- Ensure that the user who configured the bot and enabled conversation logging has the necessary permissions to access and view Bot Training data.
- Delay in Data Sync:
- Sometimes, there can be a delay in data synchronization between the live chat interactions and Bot Training. Give it some time, and check again to see if the data appears.
- Correct Chatbot Configuration:
- Double-check that the chatbot is correctly configured to log conversations. Make sure you've enabled the logging feature for the specific chatbot in the Einstein Bots setup.
- Supported Channels:
- Make sure that the channel you're using for chat (e.g., Live Agent) is supported for conversation logging with Einstein Bots.
- Customization of Bot Training:
- Check if you've made any customizations to the Bot Training or conversation logging settings that might affect the data storage.
- Bot Builder Logs:
- Review the Bot Builder logs to ensure that the chatbot is functioning as expected. It should capture and log the conversations.
- Einstein Bots Version:
- Ensure that you are using the latest version of Einstein Bots. Sometimes, updating to the latest version can resolve issues.
- Debugging and Monitoring:
- Use debugging and monitoring tools within Einstein Bots to diagnose any issues. These tools can help identify if there are any errors or issues with conversation logging.
- Salesforce Support:
- If you've gone through the above steps and the issue persists, it's a good idea to reach out to Salesforce support or your Salesforce representative. They can assist in diagnosing the problem specific to your Salesforce org.
Remember that the specific configuration and setup can vary between different Salesforce orgs, so it's important to ensure that all settings and permissions are correctly configured for your environment. If the issue persists, Salesforce support will be able to provide you with more detailed and personalized assistance to resolve the problem.

Meenakshi
