We have multiple page layouts for Opportunity and I have created a new related List "Sales Support Tickets" adding it to the related section to all the different page layouts however, it's only working in the "Administrator" version which is assigned to Sys Admins.
The Quick Action button I added is also only visible on the "Administrator" one and not the one which is used by the majority of the company.
I feel that this should be really straightforward to fix however, I cannot find any differences to those related lists which can be seen on the default page layout and the Sales Support Ticket one I have created.
Googling and searching doesn't seem to help - has anyone else been able to resolve this issue?
