Currently, we have a formula that looks at the Profile of the User who created the record and marks it "EU" or "NA" (Europe of North America Team) - works as expected.
Because this is a formula field, if the User who created the record changes Profiles - the formula will change.
What I would like is another field that NEVER changes whether they do or not.
If created by = EU / mark another field and build into the above formula.
Can someone help?
