Can someone explain how to create a case called "Opportunities being deleted" ?

The steps are similar, except you have to check the field 'Type' in Case object.
1. Please goto Type field in Case object. Check if 'user access and permissions' picklist value is available in Type field. If it is inactive, activate it. If user access and permissions is not found in the picklist values, create a new one by clicking [New] button.
2. If the picklist value is available and active, Goto record type of your case, and add the new picklist value to the record type.
3. Refresh the case detail page and check if the picklist options are available to select.
