limit per account and contact on price rule of store item is not working, , can anyone explain, I want to restrict user to purchase only one quantity of store item.

No, from Fonteva back-end, I am trying to limit the number of items per user on contact basis on price rule, And yes out of all items, I am trying to lock only one item to purchase only a single quantity.
