Hello,

 

We are currently experiencing this issue in my Client's Org. When you go to add a Relationship to a Household Account, it gives you a success message, however it doesn't display the linked Person Account under the Household, and visa vera on the Person Account Record. I have tried the workaround mentioned but it doesn't not resolve the issue. Can anyone assist?

    Custom Metadata Type 'Individual Record Type Mappers' is how we resolved this
