I´m doing the trailhead related to Data Processing Engine. https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/data-processing-engine-definition-modeling
But I need to have an access to Loyalty Program Partner object. I assigned a loyalty-related permission set to myself already.

Seems the link not working. Can you paste the working link please? If you did create a trail org you should already have access to the loyalty program partner object. Try creating a loyalty program and then should see the option to create a loyalty program partner and their products.
