Hi, I am hoping someone could help me. I am wanting to integrate 3CX into Salesforce for my call logs, however I am wanting to call to be transcribed and added against the call log in salesforce. Does anyone know if this can be done?

The call cannot be transcribed in this integration.
I saw this company that puts the recording link in salesforce activiti: Salesforce and 3CX Integration (With Recording Path) - Matrix VOIP電話系統方案 (香港) (hk-matrix.com)
But also heard 3CX is working on having a unique call/recording ID for that purpose
