I'm performing the task of creating a dashboard but I get the message "The Opportunity Stages report is not a summary report". Can someone tell me if the filters are right?

You are doing wrong way. Now this time totally delete reports named with Opportunity stages. And also delete duplicate reports with same name if you created it. Also delete the dashboard. And create new one after creating new reports. Check this image what I added. Don't include anything on cross marks.
