Looking to use forecasting for the first time, and in this View and Edit Forecast Adjustments help page, it looks like I should be able to see what changes have been made by hovering over intersections and having the 'Show Changes in Last 7 Days' option selected in the display options. However, it doesn't look like I've got that option, and when I hover over an intersection it's not summarising the changes. (see screenshot of what I see). Any idea where I've gone wrong?

Just in case anyone stumbles upon this question because they're facing something similar, it was because I didn't have Historical Trending switched on for Forecasting Items. Only realised this was the cause when I attempted to switch from Grid to Chart view, and Salesforce said "We can't show you this dumb-dumb, you don't have historical trending switched on" (paraphrased).
