Hi  @Nothando Mthembu https://trailblazers.salesforce.com/profileView?u=0054S000001a15KQAQ  - you might need to look into assigning record types to profiles and all related permission sets. You have to choose Staff is the only available record type. The second link is applicable for assigning record types to both profile in enhanced view and also permission set. Adding just a default record type will not make it the only option to select.
