getting 'forcereact' is not recognized as an internal or external command

Simply following trailhead

https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/mobilesdk_setup_dev_tools/mobilesdk_setup_reactnative

for Windows 11 operating system.

for the last step while I check for forcereact, it shows not recognized. Anyone has tried it on their Windows machine?

Or is there any other way to do it?
