I'm very excited about the announcement by Salesforce to give away free Integration User Licenses to support the best practice of running integrations under a dedicated user.
That said, when starting to play with them in a DE Org (they are not rolled out to our production org yet - as we can learn here, this happens gradually), I'm surprised to see that those can only be used with a limited set of Objects. I tried for example to grant a Third Party Integration access to "Active Scratch Orgs", but when creating a permission set with a permission set licence of "Salesforce Integration", this object isn't available from the object settings.
Could maybe someone at Salesforce share some detail on the scope of those licenses to better understand their limitations?

for some objects you may need to grant extra licenses to access them. Like for example to access a managed package object from a MP that is not site-wide you may need to assign a managed package license to the integration user.
