Hi I am trying to implement private sharing for service appointment and work order as per the Salesforce document given below.

https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?language=en_US&id=sf.fs_sharing.htm&type=5

After implementing this i could see my dispatcher only have option to select his service territory where he is a member from the dispatcher console territory filter . But while opening the service appointment and work order tabs and all records list view, he is able to see records of other territories as well and able to update work orders of other territory.

Can someone please advise what might have gone wrong here.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @JAYASANKAR P N, I take it that you have no manual sharing rules of any kind that are still active. If that is verified, could you please check the following public group and its entries? Go to Setup - Public Groups - search for "FIELD_SERVICE_Default". This is a group created by "FSL" managed package. If you see any members in it, edit, remove them, save and then verify again if your dispatchers can still see all WO. (It seems that users get added to this group by default.)
