Hi Maggie, In the past I have used a great Native tool called Survey Vista. Maybe not as flashy as some tools, but the fact that its Native, and priced per Org instead of no. of Surveys sent, for me as an admin it was a great choice. I was able to automate all the Survey sending and resending using Flows. And of course the reporting was great because it was all native.
