Do we have provision to identify isclone() in price condition? We need to execute some actions only once after cloning the quote.

@Ines Garcia We want it at the header level (Clone with Related). The custom action plugin applies at the line level, a user has to go to the cart page and click the clone line then only it does fire the logic not on the "Clone with Related" button.
