I need to reset my salesforce password, but whenever I put in my email address on the forgot password screen, it tells me to check my email to "finish resetting" my password, but I never get the email.

Not sure if you saw my last reply, but my linked salesforce account is listed as "not active" is there any way to reactivate that linked salesforce account?
