A client is trying to get started with Elevate. We are helping with the connector and Salesforce configuration. But they need to set up their Elevate account through the Power of Us program. (They already have their 10 licenses granted.) Could someone point me to instructions for that? Please see attached screenshot - they are being prompted to install NPSP. NPSP is already installed. But they went ahead and told it to install. But they are still being prompted to install NPSP. Thanks for any help.
