We worked on a proof of concept for NBA last year and have decided to discontinue use of the feature. We removed all of the NBA components from our Lightning pages and deleted our strategies several weeks ago; however, I am still seeing significant activity counting against our monthly usage-based entitlement. I am unsure how NBA is being called from our org, given our complete removal of the strategy and components. Has anybody else run into this, and is there anything else we can do to stop these callouts?

@Nathan King If all strategies were deleted, there's nothing to be called/requested. We recommend that you open up a case if you're still seeing requests counted. Also check out this article for more details on Usage-Based Entitlements.
