How do you configure NPSP so you can see a soft credited opportunity on a contact's parent household account quick links?
The use case is I donate through Fidelity Charitable DAF. An opportunity is created for my gift, and I, a contact, get a soft credit.
On my contact's quick links, I can see the listing for this opportunity. Great.
When I go to the household account for my contact, I do not see a listing of the opportunity under the account's quick links.
Thanks in advance for any and all help on this. I've gone through trailheads soft credits and can't quite finagle the knowledge in them to match our needs in this instance.
In quick links, no, alas. That's one of those "black box" components that can't be hacked, at least not declaratively.
What you COULD do is create a screen flow that presented these in a data table that looks a lot like a list view, maybe put them on a separate tab. But it wouldn't be in the context of the quick links, tho!
