Our customer wants to have the possibility to created and SIGN service report from the web UI. He would expect to work the same way it does in the FSL app.
When you create generate a new service report in the web ui you get the prompt to add a signature.
Is this possible?
I would have expected that the signature from the Service Appointment status transition (with the help of the visualforce page vf016_CompletionForm) would be used to sign created Service Reports. However, this seems to not work.

So it sounds like Appointment Assistant Contactless signature would align well to your use case: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.mfs_appointment_assistant_contactless_signature_parent.htm&type=5
Be mindful that there are additional license requirements in order to use but it provides the ability to email a Customer, then have them use a Community Page to sign the actual Service Report.
