I have a Sales Manager that added products to an Opportunity. He finds he input the wrong model number, and he wants to edit. When I select "Edit Products", it does not allow me to change the model number.
I have to add the new product, and then delete the old model number.
This seems cumbersome. Any ideas?

Hi Dave,
I think your Org wide setting is blocking you from editing. Check your Sharing setting for Opportunity object in your org.
